Write to support@globefix.app — a person reads every message, in English or Russian. Please mention your macOS version and which Mac you use; it usually saves a round of questions.

The Globe key switches the language twice

macOS still has its own action on the key. Open System Settings → Keyboard, find “Press 🌐 key to” and set it to “Do Nothing”. GlobeFix shows this step with an animated diagram — choose “How to set up the 🌐 key…” from its menu.

Nothing happens when I press the key

Check that GlobeFix is running: its globe icon should be in the menu bar. If the icon is missing, the app may have been hidden from the menu bar — open System Settings → Menu Bar and make sure GlobeFix is switched on.

One press, or a run of presses

A single press returns to your previous language. Press again within a second and GlobeFix steps forward through the rest of your input sources, the same rhythm macOS itself uses.

The trial ended

Unlocking is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it works on every Mac signed in with the same Apple ID. If you already bought it and a new Mac still shows the trial, choose “Restore purchase” from the menu.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us anyway — if something is broken we would rather fix it.
